Late Payment Policy - All invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will have a $10 late fee applied to the invoice.
RAD Holiday Schedule - We do not service on Christmas Day or New Years Day. If your area falls on those two days, you will receive service the following day. We do provide service on Thanksgiving and every other Holiday.
Please have residential containers out by 6am or the night before.
Residents can choose to have their invoice emailed to them. To sign up for paperless statement, send request to billing@rightawaydisposal.com RAD can also do automatic quarterly payments, using Visa, Master card, American Express or checking account.
RAD does not send return envelopes with invoices, this is to help reduce waste and encourage paperless bill pay.

Bulk item service is offered one day per month, call for information about your area.
